How do I make a purchase?

You can browse our wide range of products in the website and add the products into the shopping cart. After adding all the products you need, you may proceed to checkout and complete the purchase. Our products are also available at Amazon as well.

What kind of payment methods are accepted?

We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Alipay, Wechat Pay, Union Pay and FPS will be ready soon.

How do I track my order history?

The tracking information is available once you logged in as a member.

How do I know if I've successfully completed my order online

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to your registered email with order details.

How much is the shipping fee?

Free Shipping is available for:

  • Domestic Standard (HK) - Order Amount HKD 500 (USD 65) or above
  • Global standard - Order Amount HKD 1200 (USD 153) or above


How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping is included on every domestic order and expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days. As soon as your product shipped, we will email you the tracking information. If you have any trouble locating your order, please email us at cs_anh@anh.com.hk

#Exact shipping charges are based on the shipping destination and weight of the purchase items. We will inform you such information via email after items are added to cart or an order is submitted.

International order delivery will depend on location, which will be provided upon selection of this option.

How do I track my order

Your tracking number will appear as a link in the order confirmation email. You can also click on the "Order History" tab or in your Account once you log in. If you are having trouble locating your shipment, please email us at cs_anh@anh.com.hk

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed?

Once your order is already placed, any changes of shipping information cannot be changed. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order confirmation has been issued. Please note that while we work with our shippers to try and resolve address issues where possible, we are responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you have made an error in the shipping order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for any such shipping fees, and administration fees involved.

Is international deliveries available?

We recommend courier services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf.
