Every little bit is a precious gift of nature
New Zealand Mossop's Honey
New Zealand Mossop's Honey was founded in 1947, and all honey comes from its own bee farm.
From hive to bottle
Supervise every step of honey production
Established in 1947, all the honey of Mossop's comes from the 5,000 beehives carefully managed by itself. It will not buy honey from other bee farms, and it does not contain pesticides and antibiotics.
Harvest honey according to the season
Regardless of the cost, Mossop's will reserve honey for the bees to survive the winter, instead of replacing it with cheap sugar. New Zealand locals love brands, are enthusiastic, dedicated and trustworthy.
;=Combining traditional craftsmanship with the latest technology
Mossop's retains the traditional and meticulous honey-making procedures, based on the principle of preserving the nutrition and quality of honey, and does not heat the honey to shorten the production time; it does not over-stir to reduce the chance of honey contacting bacteria in the air.
Labeled with batch number to accurately trace the source
All manuka honey will be stored in a constant temperature room imitating the temperature of the hive for one year to ensure that the antibacterial active factors contained in manuka honey reach the highest level. The activity of Mossop's UMF ® Manuka honey must be higher than the degree marked on the bottle.
Each batch is tested to ensure quality and activiy
Mossop's UMF ® Manuka Honey will simultaneously detect the antibacterial activity of UMF ® and the content of MGO antibacterial factor, in order to give consumers more confidence in Moor's Manuka Honey.
